This module worked correctly, BUT- it had been open before i received it. There were parts missing. AND it was several days late! so, i didn't want to send it back and wait another 2 weeks without my house heater not working. I had to go to the hardware store buy what was missing, install it on the part, Then install itin on my heater. After i finished, The heater worked no thanks to this vendor.

This is listed as the replacement for LH35XZ001. However, they look entirely different from each other. The LH35XZ001 looks like a black cylindrical can with a four prong plug on one end and a male spade connector on the other end. I purchased this part as a replacement and it is indeed a direct replacement. Both plugs fit onto this board. My furnace was up and running again in under 10 minutes. I confirm this i replaced it but u must do some drilling to fit the board in. But it definitely works plug and play.

Good OEM part at good price. Packaging was poor thought, someone decided that shipping a circuit board in an envelope is a good idea. But it woked and my customer has his heat back on.
