The bugle tube sounds pretty good all together.It's probably not my favoriteBut it's better than almost all of the others that i've tried. Probably the strangest part about the tube is that it doesn't have a pitch at which it resonates louder than other pitches.(at least that ive found)It has consistent sound throughout the entire bugle.If that's something that you're looking for then, this thing is great.Would it be my first choice? Probably not, but I would feel very confident in it calling in bulls as my backup if I lost my main.Not having a strap irked me pretty good though.

Love the resonance and tone from this tube over my Phelps. Sweet design and solid construction. This tube really elevates your calling if you have a good foundation. Personally I feel like my sound was diminished and dampened from other tubes compared to the Slayer tube. There's a tone and echo from a real elk that this tube come the closest to replicating!
