I've been painting for something around 9 years now. I have many more higher quality brushes at home, but I ordered these with some base paints as I am overseas for a year and needed something to keep me busy. For the price these are great brushes and the 3 brushes included in this package give a wide enough range to do most projects. The included brush for dry brushing is a bit different in shape compared to what I am used to but has served quite well so far. This is a great kit for beginners or for pros who need some brushes for some basic projects. If you are working on a larger project with a greater degree of detail, I might recommend a larger kit with a wider variety.

Hands down, the best brushes money can buy in my books. I bought one of these sets and without even having painted a miniature with them, I imediately went back online and bought two more sets. And plan on buying more in the future just to have a stockpile of these things haha. Ive painted a good few miniatures (multiple squads from the game Bolt Action aswell as a handful of D&D miniatures) and these brushes are just my favorites out of all that I own. they are better than the GW brushes I was using previously and a fraction of the cost. Aswell as 10x better than any of the other brushes my local hobby shop was selling. And for SO CHEAP. STOP READING THIS AND BUY THEM ALREADY!

I do like these brushes as they’re perfect for starting your brush collection. They do work pretty well and hold nice tips, but they’re not top of the line brushes. While they don’t claim to be, I have had two brush heads come off while using them (the dry brush I use fairly roughly, so it’s slightly understandable). I like all of the Nolzur’s Marvelous everything that I have ordered, but these could be better. Even if they needed to charge a bit more I think it could be worth it for slightly higher quality brushes.That said, for someone wanting to expand on their “Adventurers Paint Set†and add a few brushes, these will give you everything you need to make excellent minis. If you take care of them they should last a good long while.I do recommend these, but have realistic expectations about what to expect from them.

The brushes were very well made and easy to use, the only thing was that there were a few strands that had been bent but those were easy to remove.

I've used several different brushes in this price range and these have held up the best. Very good brushes.

All of The Army Painter's products are high quality and a good value and The Army Painter Dungeons and Dragons Official Paint Line Nolzurs Marvelous Brush Set is no exception! Army Painter's D&D brushes truly are perfectly selected for anyone starting out painting D&D figures and I highly recommend them!

I bought this brush set as a starter set for my newest hobby, painting D&D miniatures. I'm not much of an artist, but the few minis I have painted, have turned out pretty nice. If I do say so myself. :D

This brush set is branded D&D but it's made by Army Painter and the quality is similar to their other brush lines, which is to say, very good. This set gives you a good variety of brush types at a reasonable price and is a great option for someone looking to start out in miniature painting (or someone with long experience looking for a replacement set).If you are new to painting miniatures, take a look at Vallejo paints, though army painter, P3, etc are all very similar and also quite good.

Decent brushes if your starting model painting or need a cheap set of brushes to het you through. A couple of rouge bristles on one of the brushes but cant be overly annoyed at this for the price of them.Additional......so after having these brushes 6 months I've managed to wear them out, and to be fair they've been used pretty much exclusively with metalic paint so I am more than happy, also kept their point for a decent time and even though they did start to develop a hook at the tip it wasn't unbearable.I'm buying another set, honestly can't go wrong with these especially for the price.
