Getting a bit older here and find my grip strength is weakening. Bought my first 2 of these to open those clear "bubbles" attached to cardstock-backed items. Work perfectly! Just purchased my 5th of these 'cause I keep them in several locations in the house! Very comfortable to hold, self-opening, great strength and grip right to the tips, and the color on the handles makes them easily found!

The jaws on this are mostly flat. But they're completely difference sizes. One's a nice thickness. One's super thin to the point that I'm worried it might warp and bend under much pressure. VERY different from another pair I have from the same manufacturer. Both of them are decent, small, flat nose pliers. I use them for jump rings, and am pleased. Just... inconsistent in their manufacturing.

I love these pliers; I’m a pretty beginner jewelry maker and before these I was using any random pliers I could find in the garage. I make wire wrapped gem and glass pieces and these are perfect, they don’t damage the wire and they allow for precise gripping. The only thing that I would pick differently is for the prong bits to be slightly thinner, but that depends on the person and the craft, really.

They are small, light and nimble. Tips are well ground. I ground the springs a little to make them more sensitive so I don’t crunch marks into jump rings and other jewelry stuff.The jaws can benefit from a little finessing with sand paper to soften the edges.
