These work fine. They are a little hard to get into the siding, but you can secure them with a little twisting. They don't look bad and keep my coax off the ground. The coax fits in the clips with a little pushing, but not terrible. All in all: for the price, I would definitely recommend them.

Backstory:I rewired my internet line from my outside NID box to my inside phone jack because I was getting errors on my DSL line and it had been a few years since it was last done. My original wire was routed through the inside of my house, through the walls, across ceilings, and all over the place. In an effort to fix some signal issues, keep the wiring distance low, as well as ease of rewiring, the internet company rewired a direct line routed along the outside of my house coming in directly behind the jack. The line fixed the issues I was having with signal at the time, but I was again having some issues after a few years. Since it was directly exposed to the elements, I figured it was time to do a replacement. They used some type of weird clip to hold the wire to the bottom of the vinyl siding but it didn't do a great job.Actual Review lol:I was rewiring with cat6 direct burial UV resistant cable. It is very firm cable, but I did get it to fit into these clips. I didn't have a single one break either. I found that for my case, I had to bend them open a little and then push them onto the cable and then push the clip into the siding. You have to push the clip into the siding at an angle with upward force. Once I got the hang of it the job was quick and easy. I was planning on spacing them out a little more than I did, but the wire drooped a little which I didn't want so I just added a few more. This was a great deal for the amount you get. I think if I was using cat5e cable or even regular cat6 (not direct burial rated) it would have slipped right into the connector perfect. the cat6 cable I used did fit, but it was difficult and I was worried about the protective cable jacket being punctured which would have ruined the whole replacement cable. Literally just pulling them apart a little before snapping them onto the cable completely fixed this issue so don't worry. Great investment if you are running cable along vinyl siding!

I believe these siding clips are well made and will work but I think it would be helpful for the manufacturer to include a brief instructional document or just some tips. It was very difficult to get the clip into the slot between the siding pieces - especially if you're just an average home owner who's not in the business of running cable on a regular basis. But they work and you'll probably figure out how to get them installed.

I purchased these to assist with installing our Starlink system. They were easy and quick to install and seem to be holding up perfectly thus far. If you are using for Starlink be prepared to have to bend the long "leg" of the clip pretty severely backwards away from the "hook" part of the clip to allow some extra room inside so the cable isn't pinched. I believe the Starlink cable is just a tiny bit too big for the clips, but they do work.

Very difficult to install and unlike the previous ones I am replacing , this one “ hangs†much lower and doesn’t keep the “ cable†close to the edge, I.e. uglier.

Very hard to insert between my siding panels. Ended up not using them. Didn't cost enough for the hassle of returning. Maybe I can use them somewhere else.

If you’re looking for clips to hold up lights along your siding, this is the one I have fancy lights hanging on the house that change colors for every holiday season and I have not had to replace one clip yet. I’ve had my lights up for over a year excellent excellent.

My vinyl siding wouldn't accept these, they just wouldn't insert at all. However, using a heat gun and some pliers I smashed the tips flat, and then they went in perfectly! The small hook on the tip was the problem, without it they go in well, and still hold enough to support a cable.

Clips are holding an outdoor rated cat6 cable, 24 gauge. Easy to snap in and easy to remove. Was hoping they'd hold well running vertical as well and they did.
