I came across this little menorah when I was searching for a candelabra for birthday candles. Now, most birthday candles that you'll find are a little small for this, but with a little bit of candle adhesive, they work just fine, though the little Hannukah candles that fit this candelabra aren't exactly expensive either (they usually come 44-45 in a pack).I love this thing. The mini size and tree of life design first caught my attention. It's not necessarily the classiest thing; I'm pretty sure it's something like cast iron painted with silver-colored paint (which matches neither silver nor steel nor zinc), but it is a sturdy little bugger and I still think it's cute. If you rub some oil on it before using it, any wax that drips onto it will come off much easier, though most candles don't drip if they're perfectly upright.I didn't get to try the candles that came with it because I bought it through an Amazon open box used "like new" deal for a reduced price, so I can't comment on those.

This menorah (hanukkiya) is pretty small, but it is solid and metal. You do need special miniature hanukkah candles, but that's not an issue.

I specifically ordered this because it was supposed to have candles included. I did not receive any candles. Very disappointing.

This is a lovely item, solid and well made. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because I never received the candles that were described as included. Otherwise it would be 5 stars!
