In my opinion this device works IF used in combination with regular workouts.I have used both the AB & Arm pads in conjunction with regular workouts.I believe I am getting about 25% better gains.One thing I really like is I get a little sore now again after workouts. I’ve been working out for so many years, switching up routines often and it’s very rare that I feel that bit of soreness the next day that let’s you know you had a Great Workout.The arm pads give me back the good soreness after workouts.I am very pleased with the units and I recommend them with the caveat that it does not replace working out. They enhance my Workouts for sure!

This works well and you'll feel the flexing of your muscles. Because it has two wires, you really can't leave the house - unlike when you use the ab belt. Otherwise, I would have rated higher.

I was initially skeptical about using muscle stimulation products such as this. I have been involved in fitness for 20 years and felt that the only thing that really gets results is a lot of sweat and pain. However, after reading several articles on the benefits of EMS I decided to give these a shot. I was definitely surprised at the pump you get from this. I mean damn, I was sore from my first session like I had just killed my arms in the gym.After using Flex Arms for several weeks I have noticed that my arms are recovering faster and they feel much firmer. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to try out EMS.

Quit working after just over a month, how nice, now I can't get my money back or an exchange. Worked good while it worked. I do have the flex belt too and it still works with the same battery. The gel pads are just fine, no idea why it quit.

Wanted to wait until I actually saw a change. I sit in front of a computer 8 hours a day typing so plenty of time to work on my biceps, my butt, and my abs. After a little over a month now I can see a change in my biceps being firmer and not flabby Jello like. It wasn't bad to start with so don't think it as that they just wasn't firm at all.I do notice the change but this is something you're going to have to stick with I just wish that it was easier to put the control somewhere it probably be wise to invest in a strong magnet and stick it to a lanyard and the back of the controller itself that's what I have found to be the easiest.pain in front of a computer the typing done get in the way with a cable if you were doing day-to-day activities the cable would get in the way but since I'm in front of a computer 8 hours a day this works perfectly fine for me. It may not for you as well with a lot of others.

I have this three stars because I didn’t even get to try it. Of all the products that will help with toning arms, I truly believe this would have been the best overall. However, it doesn’t come with the battery. The battery is only sold with the ab belt, which is around $180. I tried to see if it was sold separately, but the only thing I found was some random person selling it for over $70. So unless you are willing to spend that much and trust the person selling it, you will have to spend the $180 and buy the belt as well. I was very disappointed.

I had mixed emotions about buying these, but they actually work pretty well and have a lot of options in the settings.. they do not replace an actual workout if you are trying to build muscle. They are more of a toning and interim use device, but they really do activate your muscles. I'll say this tho, I can't do much while I'm wearing them as the pulse causes your arms to tense up tight enough to not move much
