They may be best for smaller seedlings or plants that will remain smaller (not tomatoes) They’re a little bit on the smaller cell side, but they do the job great!

I use these to make little grass plugs. I use the Grampas Weeder, pull out a weed and drop in a plug of 2 week old grass seedlings. Have re-used these 3 times so far.

These 6 pack trays are amazingly versatile. I use them for planting fresh veggies as well as transplanting seedlings. If you start seedlings early enough, you can slowly up pot like I do. I use seedling starter soil that is free of pests, bugs, mold, etc and is sterilized before bagging.This mostly coco coir blend of seed starting has a way of compacting when dry. To get the soil to be wet, I suggest you wet the soil in another container, mix throughly then fluff it up and finally put in the 6pk. Leaving enough room for the seeds and leave it light enough so the seed dosent get stopped in the soil.Great product for the price, will buy again next year for planting

These are super cheap. The drain holes are created after molding the pots by melting the holes. This creates very fine strings of plastic stuck on the inside and outside of the potting cells. These strands are super thin like hair. They break off easily and if you have any concerns over micro plastics in your garden beds, I would suggest you look elsewhere.I’ve tried to make sure to clean out each cell (inside and out) of these fine plastic strands but I will definitely not use these again the future.More cheap Chinese crap from Amazon.I will invest in proper solid molded cell trays in the future.

These work great for me. They are most importantly affordable and get the job done. Flimsy, but it's ok, I still get to reuse them for several years. Just make sure to never wash them with hot water - they will warp! ...learn that the hard way...
