After using their planner for two years, I was excited to discover this next tool for personal growth. I have read material that says people who have success in personal and professional areas of their lives have at least 2 key habits.First is at least 1 to 2 times daily of meditation to quiet your mind.Another is an attitude of gratitude. Gratitude notes that our lives are a product of who we meet and experiences we have. The words "Thank you!" are like magic because they are heard less frequently.The style, substance and structure of this journal is well thought out. It is compact and can easily be carried wherever you go. It is good quality material and construction so it will last a long time. It is a simple to us structure and guide.The use of this journal will heighten your awareness for little things for which we can be grateful.It is also a good way to do something we all need to do more...ruthlessly eliminate hurry.I will be giving this journal to my family members for birthdays and Christmas.(I hope they remember to say "Thanks!")

The journal is durable for travel or to throw in your work bag, super easy and quick to write each day & allows me to keep up with writing everyday. As someone who needed the extra push, the prompts in the journal, goal setting, and various check ins have been great for me. I look forward to writing in my journal every night and morning — sometimes, I just wish there was more space to write! Overall, I love it - it’s a great product and perfect for yourself or as a gift.

I set this up in my home office since my days of traveling have lessened and I have a more consistent work schedule that starts almost every day in my home office. I've been using it every morning - or at least, most mornings.I start my day early (4am ish) and have always hit the ground running. This journal gives me just a few moments to ground myself and make sure my day starts out on a positive footing with the questions and positive affirmations. The questions can be repetitive, but if my answer is the same from one day to the next I just go with it and start my day thankful that the journaling was so easy that day.I really like the weekly review and actions; I wish this journal had a very simple action to do every day in addition to the weeklies, but overall this is a great place to start if you're not into journaling or any kind of gratitude practice, but would like to try it.

I write in this every morning when I wake up and every evening as I wind down for bed. I've tried other types of journaling but nothing has been effective like this one. I am now on my second journal and can say with confidence it has changed my life!

The journal provides instructions in the first few pages on how to best use it, and there is also a website that explains the process as well. There are also examples on using the journal so you can see how to use it correctly. The journal itself is easy to make entries in, and filling it in should not take more than 5 or 10 minutes each day. There are inspirational quotes that provide motivation. Once you start using it, it will make you think more positive each day into how you can better yourself.

This little gratitude book is ideal for those quick reminders to pause and reflect and be grateful. The printed setup has enough variety of style to keep it interesting. The hard cover and size is ideal for bedside, travel, desk or car. Makes a lovely gift for some and I'm confident they would be "grateful". Recommend. Thank you

I really don't know of anyone who wouldn't benefit from having one of these on their desks, it is such a healthy activity to stop your day and reflect on some positivity for awhile. Especially since it seems to be very much absent in the media cycles these days!The prompts in the book are easy to follow and invite some great introspection, but nothing is too time-consuming or feels like a chore. The book itself is nicely bound, and will hold up to many years of revisiting once you've filled it.Whether it's for yourself or someone else, I think this is a great buy and a nice way to potentially put a spring back in one's step if things are feeling a little gloomy.
