Spin
Place foam tiles on the floor. Whoever is the “spinner” shouts “THE FLOOR IS LAVA!” and everyone else rushes to stand on any tile. The "spinner" then spins to determine the "safe color."
Move
The "spinner" calls out the "safe color" that the spinner landed on. Players must then jump to a tile of that color.
Remove a Tile
Whoever is last to reach a tile has their original tile removed by the “spinner.”
Play to Win!
If you step in the lava, you are out! To win, be the last player standing!

My kids love playing this game! They have always loved playing floor is lava finding things to use to stand on like pillows and blankets, after searching I found this game and they have had so much fun playing it! It was easy for them to learn, I haven’t any problems with any of the pieces it came with. Gets them up and doing something!

This is just right for a couple of toddlers in my life and they immediately caught on to how it's played - although they did create a few interesting rules of their own. It's fun to play with them as the moderator, and a game generates lots of laughs.

This game is fun for ALL ages. Easy to set up. Fun to play. Our Grandson loves to play it, he is 7.

So much fun, my grandson even plays solo! Good sized, colorful safey stones fit child and adult feet. We played on carpet, so sliding was never a problem. Challenge cards creative jumping it's great for all ages.

My 7 and 4 year old love playing the Floor Is Lava so of course I thought this would be the perfect game for them. However, upon opening it, I don't see this holding up for very long. The foam is very thin and I can easily rip it in half with my hands, let alone my kids jumping and sliding around on them. The spinner as well doesn't spin very smoothly due to it not being made to balance very well. Honestly, I could have gone to an arts and crafts store, bought thicker foam material in various colors, cut card stock paper (the same color as the foam) in squares and use those to decide on what color the players have to jump to instead of a spinner.

We’ve had great fun playing this game. Easy to follow instructions, enjoyed by kids and adults alike, especially the balancing and movement challenges you get when you land on a ? tile.

Se lo regalamos a los peques por navidades y encantados con el.A veces cuando no sabemos a qué jugar sacamos este juego y les encanta.Se ponen a saltar de una pieza a otra...vamos eliminando piezas, cambiando colores y ellos piensan que es como el programa de la tele jejejeLa verdad es que no es uno de esos juegos que vas dejando olvidado porque después de unos meses les sigue encantando.
