So comfortable that you’ll forget you are wearing them. They will not protect you as well as some of the other hard shell, bulkier types, but I found myself not putting those pads on because they were too bulky. So definitely better than not wearing pads. Slim enough to fit under pants even. I have gone down and planted my knee wearing these - no tears or damage to my knee. I wear these mainly for dirt jumping and some occasional mountain biking. Big pads were too bulky and I found myself adjusting them constantly between runs. I never adjust these after I put them on. If you are just getting into dirt jumping or extreme sports, these may not be for you. Otherwise these are great.

The knee pads are comfortable to wear under regular jeans and some skinny jeans. Looser pants are more comfortable. The silicon band keeps them from slipping amazingly. Falling on them is the most bracing thing a skater of any sort could ask for. They do get hot, so expect sweat if you are naturally a heavy sweater. I expected itch or chafing after wearing them at the skatepark for hours in blistering heat, humidity and bright sun beaming, but I remained pleasantly surprised.

They look really nice but I definitely won’t be able to use them. I’m 5’8 for 140lbs so I’m not very big, I ordered a Medium and it was very hard to slide them on. It was so tight that it was painful and I had such a hard time removing them that for a minute I considered just using scissors to cut my leg free. These seem more like a small than a medium.

My wife is about 5’6†130 lb. The medium size knee pads were on the small side but they fit ok. I measured around her thigh to make sure they would fit according to the sizing chart.Also got medium size elbow pads but they were way too big for her arms.

After my first ride these felt great. My size is in the middle of the XL size and they like great on my leg. I rode 4.5 miles and they didn’t move or feel weird ever I didn’t even notice them. Great product so far!
