This is the same brand of athletic tubing that I use at the high end gym/rehab facility that I go to for therapy. They are not adjustable though. There is a bead in the tubing at the end of them. If I wanted to make them shorter ,I believe I could cut them and knot the ends. The quality seems to be the same. I have had them 1 month. So far …..they seem good.

dont buy these thinking they are the strong gray resistance bands like the ones from physical therapy,they are super weak and break

It lasted less than 6 months with one of the handles suddenly snapping.... luckily I did not hurt myself...
