This label printer works great. It's easy to set up, both in Windows and Android. This is made a lot easier by the included USB drive with the drivers, manuals, and numerous videos. There's also a good, simplified printed manual included in the box. I really like having all this info on hand rather than having to track it down via random, often poorly organized, websites. Installing on Windows was very simple, and I like that it uses a standard Windows print dialog. This makes it a lot easier to configure for different label sizes using the familiar interface. Getting the printer working on Android requires the "Print Label" app, and takes a couple extra steps. The app can create a whole new label from scratch. Also, it can take a PDF file and print that. This comes in handy for printing 1 or 2 shipping labels. For printing larger batches, I very much prefer using the PC. The printer can take labels that are on roll or on a folded stack. Also, it has a handy auto calibration feature that helps a lot when configuring a new type of label.

Just got this label printer and I'm impressed with how easy it was to set up. I connected it to my iPad via Bluetooth by downloading the app mentioned in the instructions. The printer is surprisingly compact considering what it can do. I've only printed a few labels for some USPS packages so far, but they came out clear and professional-looking. No need to mess around with ink or toner since it uses thermal technology - just load the labels and go. The package included test labels which was convenient. Looking forward to using this more for my online selling.

Small pile of garbage i fought this printer for hours and i will not allow me to print ebay labels in portrait and not landscape. And it arrives ve cracked.
