This is a great addition to my HVAC toolset by having a digital dual input to read two temps at same time on one device. It also comes with 4 K-type thermocouples, 2 with solid bar , and other 2 are just junction. Very accurate

Nice inexpensive pyrometer - So far so good!!! I’ve used it for three kiln firings up to 2211 degrees without any issues.

Arrived on the day scheduled. Easy to read instructions. It quickly responds ti temperature changes and seems to give accurate readings.

This thermocouple thermometer is an excellent value. The display is crisp, colorful, and informative. The case is a high quality plastic. The buttons are logically laid out. With the downloaded software it is easy to acquire data and later import into Excel. Highly recommend.

There are no instructions other than how to change the batteries. When I have a chance I'll see if I can figure out how to use it.

Worked as needed for my daughter’s science fair project. The instructions are very poorly written and leave the user having to guess as how to use its functions. I had trouble programming it to stay turned on because the manual fails to say the press and hold needs to be done when powering on.

I have been using this in a temperature chamber to log the temperatures of a few products. Works well, it's accurate and the software (although very basic) never misses a beat.

Build quality is good but there are issues with the documentation and software. Had to re-read the documentation a few times before I understood it. Really just one issue with the device OS - it is pre-programmed with a variety of time intervals for data logging, which are good up to 1 minute, but then it leaps to 30 minutes, 1 hr, 12 hrs and 24hrs. There either needs to be more, shorter intervals above 1 minute, or better yet, fully user-configurable. Oh, and it only logs data in degrees C, even if you have the device set to degrees F. Then the PC software - would not function on my desktop so had to resort to my laptop where it worked fine. Doesn't do much, but the graph is great. Data export is all text rather than numeric, so some manipulation is necessary to make it useful in Excel. Fix the software and it would be a 5+ star device.

The instuctions do not fully explain how to access all the features. You need to find out yourself what combination of buttons to press.The downloadable software would not connect to the logger, thus it is useless for more that current temp readings.
