I have a 2 year old Whirlpool oven that I only recently found out could be calibrated with hidden button presses. For the last few years I constantly had to add 30-40degrees onto recipes. Now my oven is exactly where it’s supposed to be after adjusting it. Great tool to have if even for just one time use.

My oven could be the problem which is why I bought the thermometers. A much more cost effective fix! My oven beeps when it claims to have reached the set temperature but the read on the thermometer still says it's coming up to temp. IDK which is to blame, thinking it's my oven so I'll give them 5 stars. They are small and hang on the rack, right up front at the window. A huge help for baking especially.

I wasn’t sure about buying this product after reading some of the reviews. I bought these to see if my oven was heating correctly. Both read accurately. Glad to know my oven was heating correctly. I would recommend this product.

I intended to use this product to calibrate my ovens. When I set my oven to 350ËšF the thermometer(s) read 350. When I increased the oven temp to 375Ëš the thermometer read 400Ëš. When I set the oven to 400Ëš, the ThermoPro thermometer read 475Ëš, and when I set the oven to 425Ëš the thermometer read 550Ëš. A second (Taylor brand) thermometer in the oven read close the display temperature. I then bought a Rubbermaid oven thermometer and ran the test again. The Rubbermaid also read close to the display & Taylor temperatures. Conclusion: the ThermoPro thermometer is grossly inacurate at high temperatures. Both thermometers in the pack produced similar readings, so I conclude that the gross temperature readings at higher temps was not due to a randomly bad thermometer - just a bad product. I had bought ThermoPro Indoor/Outdoor thermometers & hygrometers in the past, and I have been happy with the products. But not this oven thermometer.
