I've looked at injector cleaner machines. I can't justify spending 2-300 on something I might use a handful of times. This is where this unique design shines. DIY injector cleaning at a reasonable price. Just a note in case you are trying to clean diesel injectors, this is only designed for gas injectors. Hopefully someone comes out with a diesel version soon.So first, you'll need two things: a can (or few) of pressurized fuel injector cleaner, and a 12v power source (battery).1) Hook it up to a 12v battery.2) Pop the sprayer tip off the can of cleaner.3) Select one of the green adapters that fits your injectors and place over the cleaner can's tip.4) Place your injector into the green adapter.5) Connect the power and ground to your injector.6) Select the pulse strength on the unit (1-8) and apply pressure to the cleaner can tipThen let it go. It will pulse and hopefully clear your blockage. Almost all injectors suffer from 2 things. Bad orings (cheap fix) and clogging. You should be able to clear just about any injector at home. THIKPO Universal Fuel Injector Cleaner Tester This THIKPO injector cleaner tester has a bit of a learning curve for me. I am 80 years old, and the cars I have worked on have had distributor points (remember them?), and a carburetor. Think 55 Chevy, and 53 Studebaker. On the other hand, the cost of a good mechanic makes doing some normal maintenance work necessary in todays’ market place. So now it is OBD’s, fuel injector testers, and fancy ammeters for doing tune-ups. Oh yes, I forgot the fuel pressure tester for the fuel pump. This tester is simple to use for the first time user. If it were a computer, it would be plug-and-play. With one test, and possible replacement or cleaning of an injector, this tester pays for itself. This is my first experience, but the build quality of the instrument appears to be very good. It had everything I needed to get the job done. I would recommend the THIKPO fuel injector tester to a good friend for build quality, ease of use, and value for money. The DIY mechanic really needs one.

If you're a mechanic and you need to test fuel injectors, whether it's bench testing or on a vehicle, this comes in super handy, I've tested a lot of fuel injectors were just a battery and that can be a little sketchy at times I like the fact that I have an. Actual tool that's made for it. And goes into a little case in my toolbox

It worked as advertised, simple to use but none of the injector adapters fit my injectors, from a 2014 Mazda 6. Also the buttons on the unit started degrading from the card cleaner… seems odd that a unit made for these type of chemicals wouldn’t be able withstand them. It still works fine but I can tell after a few times, the button may fall apart completely.

This fuel injector cleaner kit works as expected and does a solid job. The different pulse modes are really helpful for different cleaning needs. The 4 size cleaning adapters make it versatile for various injectors and came in the clutch for one of my cars because it needed one. (2015 VW GTI).It’s easy to use and definitely a time-saver compared to other methods. The kit includes everything you need to get the job done. A good buy If you’re looking to clean your fuel injectors efficiently.
