Excellent for sketching on the go, I carry this with me in my backpack everywhere, there's room inside for a few pencils and a blending stump and it seems very sturdy.

I am creating hands on small group math centers this summer and wanted a portable station to store materials in and this was a perfect idea My class theme is superhero so I ordered a 3 pack of red and another of blue it was a good deal in the colors I needed though not the number I wanted. when they arrived packaged neatly I took them out and felt how smooth they were and the durability which was as good if not better than the one I got from Walmart a couple years ago that my kinders love using everything I need but the manipulatives fit perfectly and securely in the clipboards. After touching manipulating them and filling them up with center materials I realized they were exactly what I needed. They are slightly more expensive then other options but I believe the quality is a bit higher and color options are definitely better I love them so much I ordered 6 more so now I will have a total of 6 red and 6 blue. I need 6 more to have a full set of 18 but I can't afford them right now.

Like:Overall Strength/Thickness of plastic, rounded corners, price of $13.99Dislike:1. The Clasp hinge is a poor design because it is TOO WEAK - the clasp falls off after two or three uses.2. The "orange peel" texture of the clipboard disturbs writing with a ball point pen, or pencil.

Love it, it's strong material/plastic, the only thing I would suggest to change is the plastic hinge for a metal one, the rest of the storage clipboard it's really good.Last year in Christmas I received one like it with a calculator attached to it, sometimes I was in a hurry and accidentally I dropped it occasionally and the hinge or hinges got the impact and then felt apart, that's what happened to mine from last year, the rest of the clipboard it's intact, a couple scratches but that's it.So my suggestion is if you replace the hinge to a metal one, it would be the best product.

I just got this and haven't used it much yet. My main concern was it not bend in, in the middle when writing on it. It has a little give, but not enough to be even a little annoying. I think with plastic, if you want it more rigid, it would have to be a harder plastic that would be more brittle and breakable if dropped. I'm a puzzle geek and that's about 75% of what I plan to use it for, to store puzzles and papers, to solve puzzles, and writing, drawing and / or coloring. It's light enough to hold while writing. It holds a decent enough amount of stuff. It seems like it's pretty sturdy. It's all plastic except the metal clip thing. The clip is pretty tight and should hold even one paper tightly. I got pink because my husband has a similar one in blue & wanted different colors. A nice bright pink color. Seems to be a good item for the price. I'll update this if it falls apart or anything, but I think it's pretty good.

This is the perfect size! I bought it to keep paper and coloring supplies in for my kids as we travel in the car. The closure works great and stays shut. It’s exactly what I was looking for! Great quality!

I ordered a TEAL colour clipboard. A DARK BLUE clipboard was delivered to me. The product on AMAZON was described as 25% heavier and 25% more sturdier than similar other clipboards. However, the Dark Blue Clipboard that I received is of very thin quality - not at all as described on the AMAZON website. Charges of Rs.449/- was not worth the product. The steel clip on the clipboard is shaking already. Wonder how long it will last, before it falls out. I recommend that you should NOT buy this clipboard from THIS seller. The product is not at all as described. BEWARE. The replacement arrived in a completely ripped-open Amazon box! And was soooo disappointed that they sent DARK BLUE colour AGAIN instead of TEAL (light blue) which I have ordered.
