Since you can pull it open and keep it expanded it it's easy to use as a quick filing system. It's quicker than individual file folders and hanging files if you are constantly filing things one page at a time.

I love these hanging file folders and organizer! Not only are they attractive, but they do the job they're supposed to, all at a very affordable price. Something like this at one of the Office stores would cost about 3 times as much. I've been using them for my important papers and have them stored neatly near my desk to help keep me organized. Fast shipping and nice quality. Highly recommended!

I was surprised that this didn’t have a lid or closure but I actually really like it! I have tons of paper recourses I need to keep organized for my daycare. The open top and tons of tabs for space and organization are exactly what I needed. Very reasonable price. Love the bright colors. Decent quality.

I've got several accordion-style folders, but they only hold so much. Even if the top of the folder expands, the bottom is only so wide. This file folder is nice because it full expands along the bottom, allowing you to organize more paperwork.The disadvantage of this style is also that it fully expands. You need to have this out permanently on a surface somewhere. In my case, this is exactly how I plan to use it - I just need somewhere to temporarily keep some items organized. But understand how you will have to use and store this item.Four stars instead of five because this is just a cheap plastic thing. I can't imagine it would last very long if you were using it all the time. It doesn't have any nice features that would make this a 5-star item - it just is what it says it is and nothing more.
