Not much to say about this type of thing it either works or doesn't. This works fine and it was not hard to set up so I like it!

I have been using several Samsung multipurpose sensors to detect vibrations on my furnace, sump pump, and washing machine. They worked but ate up 2450 batteries continuously. The third reality sensors use regular AAA batteries (Halleluiah!!!). Way cheaper and last a lot longer. I bought one of these sensors so far and it has been working great with Home Assistant. I wanted a Zigbee sensor with long battery life that works and so far this sensor has delivered. I was able to adjust the sensitivity and detect the fan running on my furnace. I will be replacing all my vibration sensors with this device. I also like there water sensor and temperature sensor.

Quick to pair to the Zigbee integration in Home Assistant, and the vibration detection is very good. I set the sensitivity to very high, placed it on the arm of my couch, and then lightly tapped the arm about 6 inches away, and it picked it up instantly. Motion state stays active for about 5 seconds after last vibration detected before returning to "Clear" state. Love that it uses 2x AA; with Zigbee sipping juice, this thing will last forever between battery changes.The only thing I wish I had known before purchasing was that it's rated for 0 - 40 C (32 - 104 F) and indoor use only. I had planned on putting it on my mailbox, but it definitely gets colder than 32 F here. Maybe I'll put it on the fridge and program the lights to come on or something. I'm sure I'll find a use for it.

It said in description that I could pair this using zigbee that's built into the Echo Gen 4 but no matter how many times I try to discover I never sees it. It did pair okay with Samsung SmartThings Smart hub but that's not what I needed for I need to create Alexa routines.

I put one inside my drop-slot mailbox and get a notification via Samsung Smartthings (on our Family Hub Refrigerator door as well as our phones). The pièce de résistance was adding a camera snapshot from our Ring doorbell cam to the notification (all part of the smartthings routine). This let's us know the notice is legit and not a false alarm too. LOVES IT!

I don't mean physically, I mean manually. The only controls you get through Zigbee are... nothing. I saw reviews discussing manually adjusting the alarm and that is not an option here, you can only physically enable or disable it. I could literally care less about the vibration part and just wanted a cheap alarm I can place in a few spots in the event of a break in. I might put it in my car as an additional security measure, but I can see that not working well either.Also right next to (an admittedly cheap) decibel meter it tops out at 74dB on VH settings, so it can't even be loud right.

I purchased this to use as a sensor to tell me when the dryer had finished its cycle. It paired the first try with Home Assistant, attached it to the side on the outside of my clothes dryer, and after creating an automation, Home Assistant tells me via my echo devices that the dryer has finished.

Device integrated into Home Assistant (HA) super easily. I love that it has hardware configuration via physical dip switches on the device. Right now I'm using it to turn on the lights in my kitchen at night if it detects vibration on the counter and it works well. It also has a pretty loud siren that can be enabled/disabled via dip switch, I may find some use for it in the future but for now it meets my needs.

I use it to monitor if my dryer is active or not. it's working great.*) Pairs easily with Smarthings hub version 2015*) It use 2 AA batteries*) Can turn alarm on/off. I do not have a tool to measure the dB of the alarm BUT aware the alarm is not 110dB as mentionned. In my case it is not an issue since I do not use the alarm.*) Good sensitivity (it has 3 sensitivity settings to chose from) to vibration and movement when use on my dryer

I have this sensor attached to the lever tap on an outlet pipe of my ground source heat pump. When the pump is running there is enough vibration for this sensor to detect in high sensitivity mode (unlike the Aqara sensor). This allows me to monitor when and for how long the pump has been running via an automation in Home Assistant. The device paired via Zigbee immediately. Battery life is good.

Works perfectly, very adjustable. Also very good range, mine is at the front of my driveway to check the mailbox. Works instantly and the closes Zigbee router is inside aproximately 10 meters away, with a thick insulated wall in between. The mailbox is also stone. So very surprised how good and fast it works. Perfectly integrated in Home Assistant.
