As a string player, it's really important to change strings on my instrument from used to new. Finding a good set of strings for a good price is hard. The moment I changed my strings, I already heard how clear my sound was with new strings. This is a really great set of strings, I highly recommend.

These strings are perfect for any dark and warm violin. These strings sound bright and loud. As a violinist I can tell you that the very responsive and clear. Theses work well for any genre of classical music; wether it’s baroque, classical, romantic or conventional. These strings are worth the money.

I have a warmer instrument and was looking for strings which would produce a bit more clear sound. I got what I wanted. It is bright and clear. However, it is so loud (although the strings were probably meant to be this loud fitting for soloists).

I’ve been using PI’s for years but decided to try these on a colleague’s recommendation. They do take longer to break in than the PI’s, and the initial pre-broken-in sound is metallic and too bright, but once they’re broken in the sound is wonderful! These strings gave my instrument a resonant, clear tone that I felt was slightly more mellow than PI’s, but also slightly less direct. I used the entire set, and in the end it was my D string to unwind first, although the E did lose resonance earlier on. Overall, it’s a good set that lasted this violinist that plays on his instrument daily for hours 4 months!

As a professional musician I can say that this is one of the best string set that I've ever had. I put it to one of my violin instrument as I have struggled quiet long of finding the right string set. After I bought this one it was just amazing to see what a difference the instrument made it sound. Strongly recommend everyone who is a professional musicians to go and buy those.

Had to use 3 of the 4 strings, so I ordered another set for backup. Very pleased with the feel and sound.
