I just did a rear differential oil change on my 350z and this fluid extractor pump worked flawlessly. Its 200Cc so it took some effort pushing the fluid in on a full fill and in a tight spot but otherwise smooth. The entire plunger comes out so it is easy cleaning and drying for the next use - it looks like it will last a long time. Appreciate the extras like another rigid tube section and flexible tube which can be joined together with the rubber coupler and extra o-rings for the plunger. Easy attachment and good seal to the pump. Fluid in the syringe will drip out but there is a cap to put on the the tube to prevent leaking with fluid in the syringe. Overall 5 stars and great deal and great value. I'm thinking this will be useful on other fluid reservoirs on my cars too and planning to use it.

I purchased the 500mL version. This fluid extraction pump is a great value for the money!! Just as good or better than more expensive optionsThe cylinder feels well made, the pump inside seals well and does not leak, the top screws on tightly and securely. The included hoses are sufficient for most jobs. This pump works extremely well for extracting fluid from differentials, brake fluid reservoir, etc. I did not notice any silicone inside the tube like others reviews have complained about. It arrived clean and ready to use.10/10 would recommend to others.

I ordered this syringe to fill transfer cases and rear diffs after my old one finally gave out. First off I was pretty happy with the included tubes and caps, which will make transferring fluid less messy. I finally got to use it a few days after ordering and first off I’m not impressed by the quality but it’s an okay syringe, for $12 I can’t complain much. But, my main complain is the fact that it is pretty difficult to get fluid into the syringe. It feels as if there’s excessive drag so I hope with time it wears in fluid suction becomes faster. The syringe and hoses included are a good length and overall the build quality is okay. Once again for the price, it’s not hay bad of a purchase specially when only used a few times a month.

This product was very useful for removing the excess fluid put into my vehicle. Although it came with no instructions, it was pretty easy to assemble and I was able to complete the job with no issues. Well worth the money!

My uses for this are mostly automotive service. Vacuum extraction is a good method for changing fluids in many cases because it is effective in many cases and is generally neater than draining because it is more controlled. This extractor/pump is definitely handy in an automotive situation, good for small volumes like brake fluid and power-steering fluid. You'll need something bigger for engine oil or transmission fluid.The quality of this unit is high, excellent moldings, good materials, excellent design, overall tight fit and finish. The biggest problem is cleaning it after using. Depending on what you use it for and how often, you might not bother with that. If I was using it every day in service bay for extraction of used fluids I don't think I would clean it. But for me it's going to sit on the shelf for months between uses so I like to keep it clean. For this reason I use vacuum extraction when I can so that the air pump doesn't need to be cleaned and the receiver container and tubes are the only cleaning problem.This can also be used for putting new fluid in, although the cleanliness standards are higher in that case. Gear oil would be the case I could think of since you're often pushing that uphill, but I think I'd use something different for that, like just a tube stuck onto the gear-oil bottle spout.

I’ve used this giant syringe for 2 transmission drain and fills in various capacities. It can be used to measure liquid and then spray it into a jug. It can be used as a funnel. It can be used to suck liquid out of places it shouldn’t be. It cleans up super easily with dish soap. Works well!

Having overfilled my engine's crankcase I needed same day service for a solution. This was the only option at the time. The idea is straight forward and is easy to use. The 2 piece tube assembly was too short but I had plenty of 1/4" nylon tubing on hand to extend the useful length. The provided rubber reducer fitting was tight when dry out of the box. Unfortunately after a couple of cycles oil penetrated the fitting and became loose. Once while emptying the syringe, the adapter slid off allowing oil to spray on the ground. Annoying but with a little caution was able to complete the task.I recommend installing hose clamps or replacing the rubber adapter with quality compression fittings. Secondly, no need to buy their version with the long extension hose. Nylon line is readily available in rolls for much less cost per foot at any given length.Overall this met my needs for a competitive price on very short notice. I gave it 3 stars because it's an average quality product with minor correctible flaws. This is not something you'll need everyday but it's nice to have one handy.

This was purchased to bleed the "difficult to bleed" hydraulic clutch line on my S10 pickup. It really did the job for pressure and suction. There was a quality problem in that the inside diameter of the cylinder was not true. It was very tight to the piston about 2/3 down.
