What can I say if you’re into Milwaukee PO then you know these guys make great products they are on the expensive side but there is no substitute I needed a replacement for two of my rails that had gotten bent and swapping them out was easy and they thought of everything when you replace them you don’t need the extra caps that everyone else charges you for over all it’s a solid upgrade if that’s what you’re looking for they have a lot of product options and they are very quick to answer any questions you might have.

Nice rails. Great idea.To install simply drill out the tops of the OEM rails and they slide right out. Then slide the new ones in from the bottom and secure them with the provided Allen head fasteners.

The fit and finish is excellent Installation was straight forward. No issues.I would recommend this item.The only thing that I would have liked to have seen, is to have some other mounting options. The existing options are limited to using the three bolt locations (high, middle, and low). Not much flexibility.I would like to have been offered a light duty mounting option. Like: 1/4-20 screw holes at around 1-inch intervals. I'm mounting a shelf to hold either my circular saw or my track saw. The 5/16-18 screws are a little excessive.

I purchased this mounting rails for my packout rolling toolbox to be able to install a front casters to be able to move my tools box around the garage easily, right out of the box you can feel and tell the difference between this rails and the factory ones, these are much stronger and the quality is just excellent, I’ll recommend this to anyone that’s is looking to customize their packout system, just make sure to order the right size for the box that you need!!

I like the ability to add a limited amount of accessories to the boxes that should’ve been available option from the factory. These are mostly solid aluminum vs hollow, thin wall original rails that dent very easily. These are a little high priced in my opinion for the size and limited options in space you have to add given predrilled/tapped holes in each rail. If you’re like me and you have to unstack most of your boxes, then you will notice that you need to mount accessories as high as possible on the rail(s) to prevent them from hitting the ground and possibly falling off when unstacking each box. I won’t spend this much again on plastic tool boxes. See pictures for weight difference and comparison between original/OEM and these Alpha rails. Toughbuilt is slow to the market but their corners are factory recessed steel with little to no exposed plastic or wasted space for reinforcement.

It is a challenge to get the old bars out.Looks good. More durable. Makes it easier to install other features to your pack out.

These are a bear to install because the PackOut rails are difficult to remove. However, once they’re in, they work great.
