Used a dowel in the center and 4 of the foam in 4" PVC. Works great with foam in ends barely any movement.

I bought these to hold extra arrows to store in a set of poster tubes also from Amazon. The poster tubes were just a bit bigger and with these foam carriers, held arrows as if designed to do so.

So glad I found this value pack of arrow holders. They work great. They also fit into an art tube if you want to store / transport your arrows that way.

I have several dozen arrows stored in these and it serves it's purpose but it's a little cumbersome getting everything lined up.

As we build a collection of arrows, quivers aren’t the best way to store them. The feathers rub against each other. These foam separators help keep the arrows uniform and separated. Arrows are easy to fit into the slots. The arrows ends need to be alternated to fit all twelve without the feathers crowding. The collection does twist freely without a center pole to hold everything in place, so they need to be handled gently. The price is reasonable though there are cheaper websites that offer similar items (but will take longer to receive).
