these broke after 3 days in the back country and using them on a 950 pound mule... I have other 3 ways that I have used for several years.. the buckles are cheap and bent and the stitching was such she just pulled them apart just out to graze.... The mule has worn the 3 ways before so the set up was not new to her.. and they are all nylon not like the pic at all.....

Are a great product. Not for large horses. These fit my large quarter horse but would not fit a larger horse than him.

I like the hobbles I received but they do not look like this picture. The ones I received are all material with a soft liner at the parts that buckle onto the horses legs.

They work fine if your horse doesn't move much. The metal ring holding the front leg strap to the back broke when my horse moved, so I had to replace that with a heavy duty snap. One of the back leg straps comes undone all the time also, so I had to replace both leg straps with leather hobbles. But the one front leg strap works fine with all the replacement parts, though now more than half of it has been replaced after just a few uses.

Three of the rings broke and some of the stitching came apart within the first 10 minutes and the horse was not fighting them either. I expected more from a Tough-1 product.
