The height was excellent and worked really well. The 1 star removed because I had to purchase a 1/2-13 x2" bolt and nut for $4. The other seller of this same hitch point included the bolt and nut.

Zero-turn eye hitch was too tall for my dethatcher. Got this, bolted it on upside down, and got pretty much the perfect height.
