I have several lights from Thrunite. This is another excellent one. Love the rechargeable high capacity battery and usb c charging. For a fairly small unit, it’s got great output and long run time. One very small nit, in an email from Thrunite, it shows that the output has infinite dimming, but it really only has the five brightness levels and strobe. Really not an issue at all as the levels are about perfectly spaced, and it makes the operation simpler. Don’t hesitate on this or any other Thrunite flashlight.

This is my 2nd Thrunite flashlight, my 1st is the TC20 V2. There is 1 particular what I will call an issue for me. The TC20 Tactical addresses that issue. Ever pickup a flashlight and fumble around trying to get the thing to go on. The TC20 Tactical addresses this issue 2 ways. 1st the belt clip is directly behind the power button. The 2nd is best thing ever: the turbo button on the bottom of the light. Hit it, you have full power immediately and the light on the on off switch is on, press it, turbo goes off and your last brightness level comes on - excellent - give me a turbo button for my V2!!. Another nice feature is the infinite high and infinite low. Just push & hold the power button to the desired brightness level. Brilliant feature. I won’t get greedy, just the turbo button for the V2. Also had a bit of an issue with the Tactical. Thrunite has excellent customer service who have the authority to resolve the issue which they did with no questions asked. If you’re serious about purchasing a flashlight, Thrunite may not have the most bells and whistles but what they do have are solid proven workhorse flashlights and 100% stand behind them. I’ll trade a bell or a whistle for a product I can count on and a decent customer service team empowered to make the correct decisions.

I have a couple ThruNite lights for different purposes. They are great, and I don't mean "for the money". This TT20 model just missed the mark. True it feels more solid than other brands especially where the ThruNite has a thicker rubber switch cover, and sturdier "Click". Sadly the TT20 is not as bright as lights half the size, nor does it cycle through as many usable light levels. All I did was charge it and run it through its light levels, I repacked it for return. I wish it had comparable levels to the SofrinSP35T, or Wukkos TD04. Those are both $10 more, but have the illumination I need for outdoors. I found ThruNite has been able to withstand the outdoor abuse.

This is a very good quality flashlight, great brightness and a high-capacity battery. Haven’t tested water resistance, and probably won’t do so on purpose. However, the controls are confusing and sometimes do not seem to work correctly. Although I my just be confused. The multiplicity of modes and how to switch between them are not straightforward. They talk about “firefly mode†but never say exactly what it is or how to know when one is in it (I think that it’s a very dim light). The regular lock mode is easy to exit accidentally, particularly since the side button can be depressed by pressing the case when the flashlight is inside. I think that aligning the clip with the side button will keep that from happening, but it’s hard to say for sure. Because this flashlight is bright enough to melt plastic at its brightest, I always store it in double lock mode. Also, there doesn’t seem to be any way to tell what the remaining charge is in the battery. The instructions tell what the indicator means for three charge levels, but not how to access the mode that indicates the charge level. Maybe when the flashlight is double locked? All in all, a very good flashlight but bad instructions.

It is great, awesome light. Compares well with other brands if it is not better. I have had several Thrunite lights and had zero quality issues. I gave this one to my brother and he is amazed and I miss my light, lol

Probably the most powerful flashlight I've ever used, but is listed as a tactical flashlight and with the price range I definitely expected more durability from it. I am a mechanic and after one solid drop on the shop floor from about 3 1/2 feet off the ground and now the flashlight turns its self on and off at the most powerful setting, flickers when it is on, does not respond to either button. To get the flashlight to stay off when not in use I have to fully remove the battery from the flashlight. Included pictures of the slight scuffing from drop that caused light to malfunction. Had similar issue with the T1 model but that one withstood many more hits and I was expecting with this being the tactical one and more expensive for it to be significantly more durable and not significantly less durable.
