I purchased these to make eggs for homemade egg McMuffins. They work extremely well. Just on the side of caution though you still want to spray these with a non stick spray because they aren't that non-stick. I've only ever cooked eggs in them so maybe that it just the way baked eggs behave but they stick horrible if I do not spray the pan first.
