Was a nice and fairly easy upgrade on my Poulan 56 inch cut mower. Seat is comfortable and armrest are very nice. Did have to drill some holes but I KNEW this when I ordered the seat, if you have basic skills and tools you should be able to get this seat to fit most anything. It has been installed on my mower for almost 6 months now with no issues. It has a kill switch also which is a great, so it was convenient to connect to my existing one. Would definitely recommend and would purchase this product again.

Overall seat is flimsy. Had to bend backrest racket catch so teeth mate properly otherwise racket releases during use. Not worth the money in my opinion. Would not buy again. Buy affordable get affordable quality.

No problems with the seat going onto a wheel horse 312. Just be advised that the threaded holes in the bottom are metric so that you cannot use your original factory bolts which are in inches. The drawing (one of the pics on Amazon) does indicate that the holes have an M8 thread but does not indicate exactly what pitch. I had to take my seat to the hardware store, in my case, Ace, and simply try a couple different M8 bolts in the holes before I figured out what worked and bought four of them. Would be nice if they just shipped four bolts with the damn seat. Problem solved.

Do not waste your hard earned money on this junk. Lasted about 8 days of mowing. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could.
