I'm 5'8" and weigh 150 pounds and the size 4 fits me perfect. I got a size 3 too but it was too short length wise so I'm returning that one. We do heavy duty sparring with gear on and these pants are amazing; they are light weight, breathable, comfortable and are ideal for both striking and grappling. Highly recommend them.

My kids take Kung Fu classes, and needed new pants for class. I was a little worried that the pants wouldn't fit as the size chart was not in American sizes. The sizes I picked fit perfectly, though. My kids said the pants are super soft and comfortable. I'm glad I purchased them.

I do kung fu and we do not have air conditioning. In the school average temp is 94-98 F. We have white uniform shirts. These pants stain my shirts purple bc I sweat a lot and the sweat makes the black bleed onto the white. I also really hate having any pockets in my kung fu pants. What do you need a pocket for?!?! They are comfortable but I miss the regular cotton ones we used to have access to. I’ll have to keep looking as these are not working for me :(

These pants are the same style as my uniform pants, but they are much more lightweight and softer. They are great for quarantined Tai Chi practice or lounging around the house. I love them to order a second pair.

So much more comfortable than the heavier weight pants that Sifu got for me. These stretch and make movements easier. Love them. They are not sheer or see through. Perfect. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to order.

I bought these to actually use for kungfu. I have worn them twice. The seam in the crotch is coming apart. They are very comfortable, but poor quality. Very disappointed.
