So I am a pretty good DIY project guy and I've done many floor tiling projects in the past - all with 8x8 or 12x12 tiles. These projects did not need any special tools to set the tiles which made things easier.I just completed my first project with 24x48 tiles, which are huge and definitely not as easy to install as the smaller tiles. Basically the vibration tool is needed to properly level each tile and to ensure proper coverage of the mortar on the back of the tile. This tool by Prodcyc worked well for me, the controls and vibration strength allowed me to put good weight on the tile allowing me to push the tile down to be even with proper adhesion. The suction function actually allowed me to lift up the big heavy tiles and place them exactly where I needed them - very cool!I suggest you watch some videos in order to learn how to handle larger tiles and use a vibration machine and you will find that this one is a good investment. It's good quality, great battery lift, gets the job done, and it has a CASE like every good tool should.Happy to recommend.

In the product listing of this Tile Vibration Tool, the description provided a list of materials that can be used with this tool. The list of materials include plasterboard, marble, solid wood board, ceramic tile, and cement wall.I found that the tool really works on smooth surfaces. However, the suction only will provide gripping force on surfaces that are COMPLETELY smooth. You cannot have the least bit of texture on the surface of the material, as it will cause an air leak, resulting in lack of suction from this machine.I tried using the tool on my laminate flooring, and I also tried it on flag stones. Both materials failed to work with the vibration tool. I especially had been hoping that it would work with the flag stones that form my patio. My flag stones have irregular thickness and I wanted to use the vibration to help set the stones in lime screening. The flag stones are quite smooth on the top surface, but not smooth enough to get any suction from this tool.I tried the tool on some textured ceramic tiles, and found the suction force was very weak. Depending on the texture and the placement of the tool you can get some suction force.I found this tool is most useful when working with large smooth ceramic tiles (24 x 24), where the tiles are fairly heavy and holding the edges of a back buttered tile can get tiring. It's easier to place the tile into position while holding it with the suction tool. The auxiliary handle gives extra support while laying the tile. There're 10 levels of vibration. Any level above 5 can get VERY noisy. I found it best if I start with a low setting and while it's running, I increase the vibration strength. At level 2, I can feel the vibration across several tiles. The kit comes with two batteries. One battery should have enough charge to last when doing medium size jobs. For larger jobs, you can switch between the two batteries. Use one battery during installation and have the second battery charging away. The kit comes with gloves. It's a nice addition, but I did not find them to be useful. The kit also comes with a hard case. This is useful for keeping the tool and accessories together. It also makes it easy for carrying around to different sites.

Doit être utilisé avec des tuiles très lisse. Pas très avantageux au niveau des travaux.Économiser votre argent en appuyant sur les tuiles.

Item ReviewedProdcyc - Tile Vibration Tool✅ Strong Vibration - Vibration Level easy to adjust while usingSelected Vibration Level (as percent) shown on display in large numbers✅ Provides Secure Handle to Easily Move and Place Tiles✅ 4 LED Battery Power Indicator⌠Only works on very smooth surfacesImpressions:I didn't even know that a tool like this existed. It seems like a very useful tool. The suction cup with a solid handle alone makes working with large tiles much easier.I can't help but feel that it needs to have a better method of attaching to the tiles.Maybe some kind of vacuum system that would compensate for a bit of air leakage.I tried attaching it to the ceramic floor tiles in my house but they had too much texture and the suction cup would not hold.If you are lucky enough to be working with something that has a smooth finish this would be a very useful tool.

This tool makes moving and laying tile simpler and is something I’ll keep in my tool box. The suction cup can pick up heavy tile and the extra hand hold in the front really helps with lifting. One downside is the suction only works on smooth tile so you won’t want to lay other types of tile. The vibration function is really good, the speed is adjustable and the screen shows the percentage of vibration. The screen also shows the battery life, which is good and the kit comes with 2 batteries. The batteries are charged directly with an adaptor but I would have preferred a dedicated charger. I appreciate that this tool comes with a hard plastic storage case which is a must.At time of review, this is $98.99 with a $20 discount which is a reasonable price for the quality and usefulness of this tool.
