Of all the NATO handles I've had over the years, this Tilta handle is by far the best looking, easy to hold, and accommodates a large hand (XL glove size). Most handles are too small and/or have hard cold aluminum finish. This handle attaches quickly to the rail with a single lever locking to the right. I mount my Atomos monitor and sometimes my microphone that is secure with the side push pin.The grip has the rubberized coating with some contours son I'm not holding a flat aluminum bar either. I've always loved Tilta's design so this was a win win. I'll get another one once I buy a backup body down the road.

Does the job how it suppose too! Easy to install & take off. Grip and handling is really good and just easy to use.

Es perfecto, todo lo que esperaba y más. Se acopló perfectamente a la jaula. se puede usar para grabar horizontal y verticalmente. Es muy liviano y no aumenta el peso de la cámara. Excelente producto.

I'm a fan of this handle, more than not, and I'll be using it quite a bit. The Tilta Xeno top handle hits the boxes for both aesthetics and function for me. It's sleek, comfortable to hold, with just a bit of heft to it so you know it's there but not so much that you're breaking your wrist. It also met my requirement of a locking tab to secure the top forward hotshoe mount for the monitor, or you can use the forward-facing 3/8" threaded mount with security pins. The rearward-facing threaded mount appears to be a 3/8" with a 1/4" helicoil permanently placed in. Yet another bonus to quality of life is how easy it is to turn the 1/4" (yes, 1/4") locking bolt to your cage with just your hands, no tools necessary! There's also a lightweight spring installed to keep it lifted when not in use. The mounting is where my caveats start though. Firstly, I do wish it was a 3/8" as that's the more common and sturdier choice. My SmallRig cage for my Canon R6 MkII uses a 3/8" with pins on the top by my hotshoe, but it also uses a 1/4" with pins on the right side by my handle. So now I can use this top handle in both landscape and portrait if I so desired. I will say Tilta was smart in including a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter (pre-installed into the forward-facing threaded mount). This was easily removed and installed into my cage, so now the handle works on the top as intended without issue. My other main caveat though is the security pins themselves. They seem a smidge large as it's a tight fit to get them into my camera cage, requiring me to really tighten down the bolt and sort of shove them in as far as it'll go. I'm mostly able to get it secured, more on the top vs the right, but it's not necessarily giving that 100% peace of mind since I have to sort of force them together. That said, I'll likely keep it as a top handle only and not really use it on the right for a portrait view. All in all, the handle itself is beautiful and quite functional. I'm mostly disappointed in the security pins issue. I'm somewhat disappointed about the 1/4" mount, but its largely resolved with the included 3/8" to 1/4" adapter.

tl;dr - Feels well built, but NATO rail doesn't fit any of my existing NATO rails.Pros:- Feels well built and isn't too heavy- Has plenty of mounting options and the grip is very comfortableCons:- Unfortunately this doesn't fit any of my existing NATO rails. One is from Smallrig and another is an older one that I don't see a brand on it, but this doesn't fit either of them :/

I own several different camera handles, and this one by far is the sleekest, best looking one! It feels great too. I'm not sure how it could be done, but it would have been nice to have a few more mounting points on the handle. Maybe adding a 1/4 20 inside of the cold shoe up front would be handy. Just being nitpicky though, as the handle itself as-is looks and works great!
