Got this to use for diy facemasks. Have t tried it yet as I still am using regular elastic. But is of excellent quality and I think it will definitely work well for around the head, not behind the ears. Which will prob give a better and tighter fit. Arrived earlier than promised as well. Very pleased.

The elastic is durable, easy to sew into swimsuits and leotards. Great value for the money. Elasticity has been great and has held up well to sewing; swimming and several washing and wearing of outfits. The color is clear and width is correct. Only thing wish is that offered it in different thickness.

I had this added to a tub dress and if I didn’t buy the dress myself I would’ve thought that it came that way. The straps worked out great!

Despite being thin this is surprisingly durable. I use this for costuming and it hasn’t failed me yet.

This elastic is proof that you get what you pay for. I goit a lot for a small price and it it useless for anyone in search of a soft, stretchy, pliable clear elastic. Oh, It has a stretch- a lot of it in fact- but only if you exert a great deal of force. It is slow to stretch and slow to retract. It is very shiny so it shows up like a band of PETEplastic on your project. It also is stiff and so do not put it in anything that it is not fully in encased in. I tried it on the leg holes of swimwear (felt like a hard plastic turnicate). It is so firm in fact, that the edges show through two layers of heavy lycra nylon swimwear fabric. I can see using this in maybe sometype of upholstrey application but this is not for garment sewing.
