I have tried MANY, MANY carpet cleaners and NONE have worked, until this one! I have pets and boys and with that comes a lot of mess! I did extensive research and I first purchased a Bissell carpet steamer/cleaner and cleaned my upstairs carpet. The Bissell left my carpet EXTREMELY wet. I had to put towels down everywhere, and once dried the carpet did not look good at all, and there appeared to be a film on the carpet. I then purchased the Tineco Carpet Cruiser and went back over the carpet. First of all, let me say, it picked up SO much dirt that was left behind by the Bissell. The water was black, and it had just been cleaned with the Bissell 2 days prior! I was extremely surprised by how little water was used and my carpet was not soaked. I went back over it with the drying feature and all of the carpet was completely dry. I also want to mention, when I used the Bissell, it took forever and I felt like I was fighting and struggling with machine, but the Tineco Carpet Cruiser took minutes per room and was so easy with the AI Assist. I had it set to medium and I was amazed by how easy the machine moved across the carpet. My carpet has never looked better! Also, with pet accidents. It is so easy to just pull the Tineco out and go right over them and the Self Cleaning feature is probably one of my favorite features. Once it is complete, the cleaning tray is completely dry! This is by far one of the best purchases! I absolutely love this machine!!!

I contacted both Amazon and Tineco customer service, and they were extremely patient, walking me through each step online to help resolve the issue with the accessory mode. The machine works beautifully—it's simple to use and cleans the carpet with ease. My carpet feels fresh and rejuvenated, and the Power Dry function is truly impressive.

I have been a Bissell fan for years. My last Bissell finally died (after tons of uses) I decided to buy one again. Although the suction was actually very good, it continually stopped working. Then, when I was doing the stairs, the part stopped spraying solution! All this happened the first time I was using it. Honestly, when I was putting the product together, every part was so cheap! That was it! I returned it, continued to research it, and found this carpet cleaner. And, yes, worth the price. It cleaned so incredibly well, it drying feature did a great job, and the hand-held attachment for stairs and upholstery worked incredibly well. The product is well made. It is heavier, but it has power assist so it is not hard to maneuver the machine. I am hoping this product continues to serve me well, and we are off to a good start.

Beege's great review covered most of what I was going to say, but I'll go a little further: this machine has a serious engineering flaw in that it forces you to be emptying the dirty water tank every few minutes - even though the tank is nowhere near full. Since the water is black and disgusting, and can easily clog your drain up, I really hated having to do that so often. Why have such a huge dirty water tank, when the machine won't allow it to get even 1/5 of the way full before forcing you to empty it?It also does that with the self-cleaning function. A self-cleaning function should always work and not be something that gives you stress. Most of the time, it stopped around 30 seconds into it and forced me to "please empty the dirty water tank", even though I *started* with an empty tank! So I'd go empty it, again, put it back on, and self-cleaning would resume... for another few seconds before stopping again. Only rarely did the cycle complete without stopping numerous times for emptying. Also it does that on drying mode too. If I'm just drying, why is the tank demanding to be emptied every few minutes - when there's barely anything in it? It's a serious flaw. Also the hand held tool leaves much to be desired. With hard scrubbing, it tends to fall apart, and is frustrating to have to put back together. Also the trigger sprayer most of the time either put out no water, or a worthless dribble. Apparently your clean water tank has to be at least 90% full, or else the sprayer on the tool doesn't have enough pressure to get a good stream out. That said, it's not a huge problem, and the tool does a decent job as long as you accept that there's problems with it. It was very good at running across some dirty walls that had dust bunnies and old webs; it took them right off. But overall, I didn't like having to remember to not scrub too hard with the tool, lest the brush fall off, and I disliked having to use it without water a lot of the time. Those were the insufferable things that made me send it back and get the Bissell Revolution Hydrosteam instead. But I will say, there are good things about it, as Beege mentioned. No trigger to press all the time; automatic water dispersion. And the drying mode is awesome and really works, even if a little time-consuming. The self-cleaning and drying of the brush is a great feature - when it works. The talking voice, well, it was cool at first but I quickly turned it off as it feels more like nagging than being helpful. "Please empty the dirty water tank" is not a phase I ever want to hear again in my life, after using this machine.

I was really nervous when purchasing this carpet cleaner due to the price tag on it. I am so happy I bought it. It’s not small by any means which made me nervous at first being so use to the floor cleaner being so small. The tires on this look like they are made for the outdoors, the “cruise control†on it is amazing and helpful when you’re doing a fluffier carpet.Easy to clean, very simple product to use.10/10 highly recommend! Ignore the price tag and just purchase!
HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO GET MY ORDER WRONG?

This is the absolute worst thing I’ve purchased. It doesn’t work. It keeps shutting off and saying the tank is full when it’s not. It’s beyond frustrating. I’m so pissed I bought this!!!!!

This machine is pretty neat. It senses the stains and continues to alert until clean. It is more time consuming than a traditional commercial machine, because you know it is working. Self-Cleaning is awesome!

I really want to like this machine. I was try to clean 2 bedroom and the result was good. The machine is not light, but it’s understandable for carpet cleaner. The self propelled is the good idea for carpet cleaner. The main two problem and was the reason I have returned the unit was the machine keep constantly shut off for the dirty water tank full when the dirty tank was empty. Very very annoying. Also under drying mode it should not required to fill up the clean water tank to do so.

The machine itself is well designed and works well. it is adjustable for different carpet settings and even more customizable through the app. The heated dry function works shockingly well. After a few passes it had nearly dried the carpet and after a further hour ion natural drying, it was pretty much dried. The handheld attachment works great on upholstery and hard to reach corners. I found that dissembling and cleaning it was very easy as well. Very happy with this purchase. it's a little on the pricey side but for sure worth it.

Used this machine on a bedroom carpet. Was very surprised on how easy it was to push. It basically goes with you. No heavy pushing or pulling. The drying heated part is awesome, I truly was walking on dry carpet an hour later. I can't beleive the dirt it pulled out. I actually vacummed first and still got stuff.Would highly recommend this machine. I had to fill tank once after the first initial fill. I would recommend putting the cleaning solution in after the clean water is added. It's really bubbly :) I like that the cleaning solution isn't really perfumey.
