I am a new user. Setup is easy. Learning mode lasts about a week and then you get a weekly report. I have two breaker boxes and the app was able to access both Ting Sensors.Will update review peridocially as I gather more experience with sensor.

I liked having a Ting in my home. It worked nicely for 2 weeks and provided interesting information about the voltage coming into my home from the power company, as well as providing detailed information about the internal home voltage. Suddenly, it stopped working. It only worked when the VPN was turned off on my router (sadly, Ting's website doesn't mention that VPNs are a known problem). Customer service responded quickly, but after I spent several hours messing with port forwarding and other router settings per their advice, I couldn't get Ting working again with the VPN. Also, while Ting produces interesting voltage graphs, there's no way to zoom in to see the exact time of odd voltage fluctuations. I returned Ting within 30 days for a refund.
