My UPS man was wearing a pair for work and it gave me the idea. Works well and inconspicuous. I bought some motorcycle gloves for my son and tried some for me but they didn't work near,y as well - returned them.

The "armour" is actually just flexible plastic, but it still works pretty well. I can punch a wall with these on without it hurting, and I have a full range of motion with these on.
