I use one of these to carry around a small amount of toothpicks and it works great, looks awesome and is nice and durable

This is a well-made and extremely light container. The threading on both the blue and silver versions I purchased were fine. I have a feeling most with issues are overlooking that it's a very small container with threading just as small. Lining it up makes all the difference and provides a secure seal.My pills are quite small, so I prefer the toothpick holders to be a closer fit. That said, this container comes fresh from the shop floor. I wrapped the brush with an alcohol prep pad and it cleaned right up. This is perfectly normal and nothing to impact my overall rating. It is just the right length for my needs, but extends beyond my keys. This is perfectly normal for toothpicks, but those looking to store pills may want something a little shorter. Make sure to check the measurements because it's also a lot thinner than most pill containers and even many toothpick holders.I've purchased a Valtcan, the other Tisur pill case, and three off brand keychain containers. While I like the overall look of the Valtcan best, this is still my favorite. It opens on both ends without being needlessly rounded and it's the lightest i've tried without sacrificing durability. I liked it enough to purchase the second a year later.

Have not used it for toothpicks. I rolled up some bills and attached to my key ring, for emergency. Well built and very cool.

I have a penchant for acquiring containers, boxes, organizers, and such — all sizes. Lately, with travel and a move on the horizon, I decided it would be prudent to have a few keychain- and pocket-sized containers for various purposes. This one can hold toothpicks — and it is useful for storing anything small that you might need on hand on your keychain. A few rather thing tablets or capsule of medication. High quality sea salt for meals. A previous text on onion-skin paper, rolled up inside — like an old love letter from your spouse, or a sacred text, or a prayer. Perhaps you need a few ball bearings on hand at all time. Or BBs! Even a tiny section of wire could fit in there. I'm just giving you ideas. What makes this thing stand out from other ones is the quality of the design and the materials. The shape is interesting. And the material is the real deal — strong and lightweight.

I like this product very much and will do the function I need it for, which is a small medical pill holder for my travel pack.

I use this for EDC for holding a Q-Tip covered with petroleum jelly, for use as tinder. It fits a single Q-Tip in this fashion perfectly. I can manage to get two in there, but it's a bit tight, so I just carry one. The O-ring works just fine to keep water out, and it doesn't seem flimsy or crushable in any way. Highly recommended.

Paired this with two titanium toothpicks. My first metal toothpicks. Now a couple weeks of use, and I use them all the time. The canister is light, solid, and barely noticed in my front pocket. Several have complained about the threads not starting smoothly. It does take just a second to thread backwards till the threads drop in place, and then tighten. The Threads are very sooth, and the cap seals nicely, and has not spun loose in my pocket. I also use the container as a fidget piece. Draws less attention than flipping my pocket knife.

I was hoping it could hold a few more toothpicks, but it's still useful as is. I can only get 5 in mine, I imagine you might be able to fit more if you have smaller toothpicks. It's fairly small, a little smaller than I had imagined, but it does slip into my modern carry double sided card holder without much issue, keeping everything organized and still easy to slip into my front pocket.I added a zipper pull to the top to make it easy to pull out of the card sleeve as well.I purchased two of them, and didn't have any issues with the treads like some of the other reviews mentioned.

Exactly what I was looking for when it came to toothpick storage. I enjoy Xero Picks, which are pretty thick, and I can get about 5 of them in there which is around what I use in a day. Also gives me the option to carry 2 flavours if I want to bring the other container with me as well.

My primary reason for buying this item was to insert a rolled-up banknote in it, and keep it on my keyring, in case of emergencies. I don't use toothpicks; might be a cultural thing.
