It is exactly what it says foam box jump. Sturdy enough for reverse push ups and soft enough for jumps

Well made box and shipped fast. However, the box does not sit firmly flush to the floor and is unstable and what I would call even unsafe. Especially for CrossFit. Returned for refund and going with Rogue.
