Your cart is empty. This Dico / Titan Model 60 surge brake actuator is equipped with a hand-wheel coupler to fit 1-7/8", 2" or 50mm hitch balls. Unit is designed to work with drum brakes and bolts to a 3" wide trailer tongue. Rated for up to 7,000 lbs. with a maximum tongue weight of 700 lbs. Includes breakaway device. Zinc plate finish. Titan part number: 4339700
Mounting hardware or backup lock-out valve not included.

Replaced original actuator with this on utility trailer. Had to cut off old one as it was welded on plus bolts. Very easy to remove with grinder. Installation of new model 60 was drop in and bolt.Have tested out and works great. Also was fast delivery.

This fit perfectly, replacing my old hitch, however it has difficulty sitting down on the ball hitch every time I try to hook it up.

It’s a good product if you use a 1 7/8 hitch ball but if you have a bigger boat and need a 2†hitch ball it will fit but too tight, its been a pain to hook and unhook.
