I really like it as a quick wood glue and is easier to use than y typical fav titebond 3. However, it doesn't dry translucent as described by the maker.

First time used to glue sections of a bandsaw box. Set time was perfect with an easy clean up of excess glue before hardening. Ideal for small or just a "few piece" project. Would not recommend for large multi-piece projects like cutting boards etc.

So it's glue okay nothing unusual there, but if you need it to dry fast so you can move on with your project than this is not the one. It is super slow to dry, it drips and it's a bit messy. I'll use it but because I already have it but I would not buy it again.

Not sure if there was something wrong with this specific bottle of TiteBond that I received but we did tests here in our workshop and got terrible results. We use Titebond III Ultimate which we love but were looking for something similar that sets quicker to reduce clamp time. We got Titebond Speed set for the job and did tests side by side against titebond III ultimate. We used same woods, same clamp pressure, same amount of glue and same time and did multiple tests.The titebond III Ultimate performed excellently and the titebond speed set performed terribly. Broke the wood to dis-assemble the titebond III Ultimate but the titebond speedset just broke along the glue with a fraction of the pressure. I would recommend anybody to stick with titebond III or titebond original.
