Used this on an older jeep to replace the original. The new part comes with a connector that has pig-tail wiring, making installation easy. The original had soldered on connections.

I don't know what the thread pitch is on this item but it is not 1/8 NPT. Worked after I re-threaded it for 1/8 NPT.
