This toaster works well and fast. I appreciate the timer countdown, so I know how long it will take to toast my item. I also like the defrost button. I can take 2 slices of bread out of the freezer and just defrost them for a sandwich instead of waiting for them to defrost.Great value for the money, easy to use and clean!Like most new toasters, there was an odor the first couple of times I used it, but it's gone now.

I like everything about this toaster. It's lightweight, like the silver exterior, like the adjustable slots for wider slices, love the timer and like how easy it is to adjust the level of toastiness. No fixed settings, you control the level. We tried out several toasters before we settled on this one and are very pleased with it.

My family is so happy that I finally got a new toaster after 10 yrs 🤣 it was pretty beat up. I settled on this one. I first noticed how stiff the power cord was. So much so that it was hard to get it where I needed it to use it but I worked it out. I ran it a good 6 or 7 times to burn off the smell,, chemicals and dust. I did notice that the initial couple toasts did not toast as they should but once we got through those first couple uses it toasted beautifully. The lever goes down with ease and the countdown timer is an added plus. The instructions are clear and very informative and they provide a toast cheat sheet that has pictures of the toast and the corresponding number setting that it goes with. Overall we are happy with it, don't know why I waited so long.

No smell, toasts well on both sides. Easy to use, heat levels are easy to change. Looks classy and modern especially with the timer.

No problems so far. Toasts to the actual setting. I like the timer. Most toasters don't have that feature. It was made in China so I'm still skeptical of it's durability.

Had to replace old toaster and saw this one! Luke the ease of setting temperature and darkness, like that it can do bagel also
