I ordered the ToAuto melter for my small candle business. Upon initially receiving it, I had some issues with it overheating. I reached out to ToAuto support and they were very responsive and quickly resolved my issue by sending me a new melter. The new melter works great. It heats quickly, melts the wax thoroughly without overheating and stabilizes the temperature while I work on multiple candle projects. It’s a great product and highly recommended. Thank you to John with Support as well for his assistance in resolving my initial issue. It’s easy to use and great value for the price.

I purchased the **TOAUTO 10Lbs Wax Melter** and initially experienced a minor issue with the valve leaking. When I reached out to the seller, I was blown away by their exceptional customer service, particularly by John, who was incredibly respectful, courteous, and efficient in resolving the issue.First, they provided a detailed video with instructions to fix the leak. However, when the issue persisted, they immediately assured me they would send a brand-new machine at no additional cost and without any hassle.Although I have not yet received the replacement machine, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their product. The original unit was otherwise excellent—easy to use, no clogs, and simple to clean.I look forward to receiving the new machine and have no doubt it will perform as expected. The product and customer service deserve nothing less than 5 stars! Highly recommend both the wax melter and the company.

Decided to upgrade my candle wax melting pot to one that I can melt more wax faster and produce more products . I love how it melts multiple wax and also includes melting gel (have not used it for melting gel yet) but works well so far for melting wax very fast and efficient .So far only used it a few times but worked great every time. I have not added my candle fragrance in this pot so I can’t recommend doing it. Also, be-careful setting temps, heats quickly and will burn your wax if not properly set.

So at first I was worried because there was a clog. I make salve and candles so I was concerned my ingredients were too thick. I contacted customer service and they immediately helped me. They even walked me through every detail so I could fix the problem and stop it from happening again. They made sure I had everything I needed and gave me options to make it up to me. I didn't feel pressured to leave a 5 star review. I'm leaving on because the customer service is phenomenal and the product works.It heats up quickly and efficiently, it can handle a lot at once. I also am excited to finally be able to pour without needing to dirty up 4 more containers to do so. I'm really happy with my purchase and hope to add to the collection when I have enough room to expand my business more!It's also easy to use, especially for someone like me, who has disabilities and issues with their hands. From unpacking to set up, I didn't feel like I had to work hard to actually use this product.I'm really happy with my purchase!

I bought this to make my own candles since the vanilla candles I buy are either too expensive or don't have a lot of scent. Figured I can buy wax in bulk and with vanilla escence oil I can get the scent I like for cheaper.I love that it comes with a lot of accessories like the wicks that are needed for the candles. I will attempt at filling a PVC pipe lined with parchment paper since they are cheap and can be super long like the wicks it comes with. Also included are the little glue things to hold the wick to the bottom of the candle base. Remember to use them or the wicks have a tendency to pull up from the bottom. While the wax is still hot you can use the super long spoon it comes with to push the wick down (using the non spoon side of the spoon). The spoon is also good to mix the chunks of wax if you are impatient but I prefer to just watch some tv while it melts away as it doesn't take that long.now I got to figure out where to store all the candles I'll be making.

This wax melter is easy to clean and once I had an issue with it, customer service responded quickly and fixed it by sending me a replacement. Would definitely buy again!!!

The TOAUTO WMF-5L is great! I love it. Saves me a lot of time in candle production, and I make candles almost every day. Melts my soy wax well - I use NatureWax C-3, and keeps the temperature at a good enough level for me to make multiple pours (however, just like the other reviews, it does heat pass the marked levels, so do becareful). The heated spout has not have any cloggage problems, which I love!Definitely beats having to do double boiler method or operate with one of those pesto pots with a cradle. I do recommand this for busy candle makers who doesn't want to drop $500+ on one of those large melting pots. Works well, especially for the price point! And I love all the little extra goodies it comes with!

The wax melter was bought to expand on my ever increasing collection of crafting tools. It comes in a flat matte colour and has a dial for temp control. The spigot is sturdy and it came with some candle making supplies to get you started so that was a nice bonus that I must have overlooked at the time of ordering. There’s and on/off toggle switch and it came with some easy to follow instructions and a 3 mo. return warranty. The delivery was quick and the unit had no issues heating up quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

This 5L melting pot is perfect for getting started. I’ve decide to start making my own scented candles. More just for myself and as gifts for friends and family as more of a hobby really and I love my new melter. It couldn’t be easier to use and really takes the pain out of the process. At 5L it’s big enough to fell industrial without being so big that it takes over your space.But it is excellently made and actually looks really nice. Cleaning it is much easier than I thought too. I was worried about buildups of hard wax but it’s designed to avoid that issue which is amazing.

Dieser Wachs-Schmelzofen wurde mit einem Stromkabel geliefert, welches nicht an deutschen Steckdosen funktioniert.Die Rückgabe lief problemlos, aber ich frage mich trotzdem wie man solche Geräte auf dem europäischen bzw deutschen Amazon-Marktplatz anbieten kann, obwohl man eigentlich genau wissen müsste, dass sie in Deutschland nicht verwendbar sind.Zumindest hätte man dem Gerät einen Adapter oder ähnliches beilegen sollen, wenn man schon weiß, dass man innerhalb von Deutschland verkauft.Um aber nun doch etwas über das Gerät sagen zu können: Ich habe es auf einer anderen Plattform von einem anderen Anbieter gekauft - mit einem deutschen Stromkabel. Das selbe Gerät! Der Ofen ist für meine Frau und er funktioniert hervorragend. Er schmilzt das Wachs schneller als in einem Topf auf der mobilen Herdplatte und meine Frau ist damit sehr zufrieden. Sie kommt damit auch von der Bedienung her gut klar. Die Anleitung ist allerdings auch hier in Englisch.

In unserer kleinen Imkerei haben wir auch immer wieder den eigenen Bienenwachs verarbeitet, bisher allerdings mit alten Milchkochtöpfen.Durch Zufall bin ich auf diese Wachsschmelzer gestoßen und schon kurz darauf stand das Ding in unserer Werkstatt.Zur Verarbeitung: Die Verarbeitung ist ganz solide. Der Schmelztopf ist doppelwandig und hält gut die Temperatur des Wachses. Der Deckel lässt sich arretieren durch drehen. Der Auslaufhahn hat eine 1A Qualität aus Edelstahl, ebenso die innere Wandung. Die Temperatureinstellungen am Thermostat sind nicht 100% präzise und man sollte mit einem Thermometer mal nachmessen, falls man eine präzise Temperierung des Wachses braucht.Toll ist, dass der innere Auslauf wirklich in der Mitte des Schmelzers ist und das heiße Wachs restlos auslaufen kann.Durch dieses Gerät bekommt unsere Wachsverarbeitung nun einen professionellen Touch!

Il serait peut-être judicieux d'indiquer que la prise n'est pas aux normes françaises.... un peu déçu car achat urgent et finalement je ne peux pas travailler. Je dois maintenant chercher un adaptateur pour la prise... dommage la machine a l'air sympa...
