The hat fits a little snug around my 16 m/o daughter’s chin, but she is pretty chubby so it wasn’t surprising. They are warm, easy to put on, and don’t restrict her adventures.

This hat is very sweet and "does the job" in terms of ear coverage and warmth for a Mediterranean winter. It fits a bit smaller than expected - though my daughter does have a large head.The material is very simple, so I am not inclined to wash it too frequently.I got this set because of hat - the mittens were extra. They are sweet and my daughter is curious about them, but generally - I think mittens (rather than gloves) are not very practical at this age (1.4 +), when running around, exploring, touching, relaying and developing the small motor skills is so significant. She pulls them off on the playground for instance, because they are limiting.
