How to squeeze your tofu to perfection with the TofuBud tofu press
Place tofu into the tofu box
Grab your tofu block and place it in the clear matte tofu box.
Twist & turn the knob
Turn the knob to tighten the coil. First click is for soft tofu. For firm tofu, keep turning the knob until you hear the second click.
Put aside in the fridge
And you're almost done! Now, simply put the tofu press with your precious tofu in the fridge and keep it for around 15 minutes as it drains.
Discard the resulting liquid
Use a handy built-in spout to remove the resulting liquid. You've got yourself perfectly squeezed tofu! Go to cook the most delicious tofu meals!

Gone are the days of finding something to put on top of my tofu to press out the liquid. This little item is wonderful. Easy to use, and easy clean... with nothing to break on it. It does a fabulous job of pressing the tofu which fits perfectly into it. I'm a very happy customer of this product!!! This, and then into my air fryer, with some sauce to go over it... ahhhh....

Love this tofu press.My family recently started trying out some tofu recipes and after using the paper towel /press method, we wanted something with a bit less waste.We were originally put off by the price and decided looked at some cheaper options, but we kept coming back to this.I could not be more happy with this purchase!This press does a great job at draining liquid quickly and is definitely more effective (and lest wasteful) than paper towels.I love that the pieces are all dishwasher safe and come apart for easy cleaning (even the spring!).My only complaint is that area that holds the water could be a tad bigger, as you have to drain it more than once to make sure the tofu doesn't sit in any liquid.I also wish that the area that drains the liquid, didn't have to pass any of the tofu, but those are tiny inconveniences compared to how well this works and how much time it saves compared to other methods

This press is very sturdy, easy to clean and fairly easy to use. You do have to slide the top on so that it fits in the grooves at the sides, which takes a little practice to get it right. The press does an excellent job of pressing the tofu and much better than the makeshift way that I have been doing it. I also like it that you can put the press in the fridge overnight and have it ready to go the next day.

This press works magic. No more paper towels, hand towels and stack of plates to press the moisture out of tofu! Simply put the tofu in the press in between the two plastic layers, put the lid on, twist and press. The tofu will get the water all pressed out and you just pour it out. This is way easier then the old method of towels and heavy objects on top to press out your tofu. Loving it!

I have another press that has two big adjustable screws that I used for years before getting this one - that one was frustrating to operate and collect run-off. I like that this one is self-contained and I can pop it in the fridge while it's draining in case I get busy and forget I'm pressing tofu. As advertised, the cleaning is a breeze. This one does what it was designed to do very well. There are only two "depths" at which to set the spring mechanism, but the "deepest" setting has been good enough to get my tofu pressed to my liking.Pro-tip: I seal and freeze my tofu after pressing, and find there's a good bit more water that comes out in a second pressing after it fully thaws, but this is true with other presses as well. I prefer the texture after a freeze and would recommend a press/freeze/thaw/press process if you're trying to win over folks who believe they don't like tofu. A little marinade with a lot of umami flavors before frying or roasting goes a long way in mimicking meat textures and flavors!

Util y práctico para prensar y escurrir el tofu, cuenta con 2 niveles de fuerza para el prensado, solo recomiendo probar ambos niveles para que no se haga pedazos el tofu ya que la firmeza depende mucho de la marca

A must-have for anyone who wants to add tofu to their regular menu roster. Presses tofu beautifully, easy to use, easy to drain, easy to clean, durable. It's advertised as being for firm or extra-firm tofu, but I use it regularly for medium firm as well, and it works like a charm. I use mine several times a week, and I've never had a problem with preparing and cooking tofu since I got it. Very happy.
