This was advertised as a 3 position switch, which would have center detent neutral, but is in fact a 2 position switch with 3 ports. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 since it may work well as a diverter valve, I don't know, since this is not what I need and have not used it. Misleading description is most likely a translation issue with the foreign manufacturer and a seller unfamiliar with using the items they sell.
