I was so excited for this thing to arrive and it did not disappoint! First of all, the packaging feels very premium and the dispenser itself is well-built. The instructions were easy to follow and setup took a total of about 30 seconds. (Also very satisfying protective sticker peel off the sensor).I like a clean, minimal aesthetic in my home and this device fits right in. It’s also impressive that the sensor works every single time!I’d definitely recommend using high quality TP with this, but the foam feels great and leaves you feeling really clean. The scent is minimal and natural, not overpowering like some wet wipes.Overall, this is something I didn’t realize I needed but has now become a part of my daily routine. It’s nice to know I’m making a positive environmental impact in the process as well.I’d definitely recommend the tushé to anyone who’s on the fence about buying it.

Upset I had to by a new one because the previous version is no longer available and no replacement parts could be located. I hope this battery has a longer life or the repairability is better.The part that really gets me is the price of the solution doubling. It was $18/ bag and is now $35/bag ($30 w/ subscription).

I purchased on December 28, 2023…. Since then the wall mounting attachment has failed to support the unit and has separated from the wall. The Company has provided me with 2 more mounting strips and I have used them. The company believes that they should get a gold star for providing me with mounting strips that fail and are exact replacements of the strips that are failing. They are quite proud that they have a new and improved model that has a new and improved wall mounting system that may actually work. This new system will not work with my current (less than 6 month old) unit. They have offered a 20% discount if I purchase the new unit! Their customer service is disgraceful.

Genius product. Order it now, if no bidet and you avoid flushable wipes. Feel and be really clean with just a pause with toilet paper under the motion-sensing foam dispenser. Very effective and no rinsing needed, including no feeling a wish to rinse. Rechargeable battery works great and refills are a breeze. We have in all of our bathrooms.

I ordered this and the solution, it’s been weeks and the solution never arrived which I’m reading is a common thing. Very disappointing. So, can’t rate this little machine because we can’t use it ! All I can say is that it’s cute
