Purchased this for my daughter for softball. Great for strength training and for conditioning. It has great grip and does not slip. Weight wasn’t too heavy but can always go up and down on the pounds.

We wanted to buy a medball but they are so expensive even here, on Amazon! Suddenly found this product. This is a pilates ball so it is much smaller then medball which is not always suitable for some exercises. However, the ball looks strong. My husband even did push-ups on it. I like the delicate color and the rubber from which it is made; it does not slip in hands. The sand inside makes it pleasantly soft, like a pillow in your hands. I like to exercise with it! As soon as I improve my skills I will buy a heavier ball.

Decent texture, good weight, but if you drop it, it takes on a noticeably dented shape until tossed around for a few minutes.

This six pound ball is a very manageable size. The surface is smooth, so no finger soreness when using it. There are a number of exercises to do with it also.

I really really really love it! Worth the price!Great quality, easy to hold. I think it’s filled with sand so it’s a perfect grip for training. It also comes with a little book showing exercises that you can use with it.Something to note, the booklet uses an 8 lb ball, I ordered a 10 lb one so that makes for a more challenging workout.I do recommend and would buy again if I had to tho it looks like durability is in for long haul!

8 pound soft weight ballI tried it rite away did a few exercises at home with the ball and it went great! The ball is a perfect size for my hands. I loved the color & I didn’t even notice but it comes with a one page paper. That demonstrates the different exercise that one can achieve at home with the ball! Really recommend it especially now since gyms are the safest!

These soft weighted balls are great for ball yoga and other light resistance work. Wish they were small enough to grip (I have 8lb that are) ... otherwise very happy with them.
