These DO NOT work to close your RV screen door. Don't bother. A complete waste of money. Not even sure how they can get away advertising this as a door closer. It does NOTHING.

I have a light gate that opens so that my A/C unit can be serviced. The fencing is only up to hide the unit and garbage cans. I can't tell you how many times people have unlocked the gate and never locked it again, causing the wind to blow the gate around. I've had to repair it the past two years. I was looking for a closure, but all I could find was the heavy, solid gate closures that would be overkill for my gate. This RV screen door closing kit is perfect for my needs. And, it couldn't have been easier to install.

I bought these to replace the broken spring on my camper doors. They are about 1" shorter then original ones, but I made them work by using supplied screws and drilling one new hole in door.

I actually liked everything about them including reasonably priced easy installation didnt even need tools, I used those lil hooks that look like a question mark, i dont know what they are called anyhooo jus saved the screws it came with in my screwjar. Springs are not so hard that U can't even bend and not so soft where if pulled it stays tweaked. These springs are like Goldilocks lol they are just right for my two screendoors. As screwndoor is closing it's kind of in slowmotion not SLAMMING HARD. I don't worry bout kids/pets getting hurt with this spring force.
