I ended up buying 2 of these adaptor kits to hard plumb my full time RV. The first set would not glue onto the 3" ABS pipe (I'm a retired general contractor...I know how to glue up ABS). I managed to get the second set to glue up with an extrordinary pressure to get the pipe into the fitting!...I had to use a hammer to caoxe the fitting onto the pipe!...rediculouse! I bought for rubber elbows to get the pipe plumbed in. I felt confident bout every joint until pulled the handle on the RV dump valve...all joints perfect except these bayonet joints...the poured out like there was no washer or something! I tried a few adjustments and never got them to work. They leaked at both ends!!! Crap!!! Pun intended! I put my flex hose back on...not even a small leak!!! reallyt...this product is worthless. Way past returnable time frmeDO NOT BUY!!!

My RV has 2 outlets for black water. This worked perfectly to plumb the 2 outlets into 1 when I reach the RV park. Saving me from dumping black water twice.

Had to dremmel the inside of fitting to get it to fit, not impressed with the quality, would have returned it but had no other option but to make it work.

I bought these to hard pipe my seasonal site, and they worked very well. The output on the female end was a bit short and a bit tight, so we reamed it and then it was perfect.Overall I am happy with it the product, but for a person with limited ABS experience, the minor challenges might pose some difficulty.
