The swivel will leak if you do not get a tight fitting connection with the sewer hose. The Camco revolution — grey hose with yellow ends — is one that does NOT fit snug. I changed to a Valtera hose and it works fine, the swivel now does not easily turn and no leaks so far.

This is a very tight fit to get on. It works great except it a leaks a little. The screw on is much better and easier to remove when you disconnect.

Used this in combination with a clear sewer line connector. Allows for quick and very tight connection. With a clear joint, I can clearly see it works well. Would recommend.
